Sarah Mack

Preschool Teacher

Sarah is a co-teacher in the preschool program at Roots Community School. Her passion for play-based learning began when her own children attended a preschool rooted in that philosophy, inspiring her belief in the power of play to spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture a lifelong love of learning.

In the classroom, she loves creating sensory experiences, exploring art projects, reading aloud, and fostering an environment where children feel safe, seen, and at home. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Washington, along with certifications in mindset and health coaching. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling with her family.
