At Roots, every child deserves an education that inspires curiosity, confidence, and character. Our income-based tuition adapts to each family’s circumstances, keeping Roots accessible while sustaining small classes, excellent teachers, and a dynamic learning environment.
Tuition Rates
Kindergarten–8th Grade (Income-Based)
Tuition is verified using your family’s most recent Form 1040 submitted through a confidential third‑party platform. Families who choose not to submit income verification are placed in the highest tuition bracket.
The school reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees on an annual basis. Any changes will be communicated to families in advance of the applicable school year.
Fees (K–8)
Application Fee $100 (one-time, non-refundable).
Enrollment Deposit & Supply Fee $550 (non-refundable).
Supply fees fund classroom materials (pencils, paper, art supplies, laptops, classroom books, etc.).

Preschool & Pre-K Tuition
Tuition is based on the number of days enrolled per week. A yearly $250 supply fee per student serves as the non-refundable deposit.

Sibling Discount: Families with multiple children enrolled in K–8 receive a 10% discount per additional child.
Referral Bonus: Families receive a $1,000 tuition credit for every new K–8 student they refer who completes one full academic year. Credit is applied after the student’s first year is complete. This is per student, not per family.
New Family Financial Aid Scholarship: Need-based financial aid is available for new families; if tuition is a barrier, please apply.
Note: Discounts and financial assistance apply only to the K–8 program.

We offer flexible payment options managed through FACTS Tuition Management:
Annual Payment — Families may pay in full by September 1. Families receive a 5% discount off of total tuition, inclusive of applicable discounts, if they prepay tuition by May 1 for the following school year.
Monthly Payments — 10 installments (August–May).

Refund Policy: Tuition is a year-long financial commitment; refunds are not available.
Supply Fees: Supply fees directly benefit students by covering classroom resources and enrichment materials.
