With over 5 years of experience in early education, LeeAnne is a dedicated advocate for play-based, individualized learning. She trained for three years under Leanne Uttech, Chelan Valley’s best Kindergarten teacher, and has collaborated with the exceptional educators at Roots Community School for the past seven years. These experiences have shaped her commitment to meet each child where they are academically and fostering their growth through hands-on, organic learning.

As a founding member of Roots, LeeAnne is passionate about creating meaningful educational experiences for young learners.  She holds a special affinity for preschool-aged children, cherishing the joy and curiosity they bring to their early schooling journey. LeeAnne feels honored to play a role in their adventures and looks forward to continuing to inspire and support families and young learners in their educational paths.
