LeeAnne Casal

With years of experience in early education, LeeAnne is a dedicated advocate for play-based, individualized learning. She trained under Leanne Uttech, one of Chelan Valley’s most respected Kindergarten teachers, and has collaborated with the exceptional educators at Roots for many years. These experiences have shaped her commitment to meet each child where they are academically and nurture their growth through hands-on, organic learning.

As a founding member of Roots, LeeAnne is deeply invested in creating meaningful early childhood experiences. She has a special gift for working with preschool-aged children, cherishing the joy, wonder, and curiosity they bring to their learning journey. Families describe her as warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, always attuned to the unique needs of each child. LeeAnne feels honored to be part of their first adventures in school and is committed to inspiring confidence, creativity, and a love for learning in every student she teaches.
