Ellie Haisch brings boundless creativity, warmth, and thoughtfulness to the Preschool classroom at Roots. She has a remarkable ability to truly connect with each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment where little ones feel seen, valued, and inspired. Ellie is known for filling the classroom with love while also curating a beautiful environment that celebrates milestone moments and makes school celebrations truly special.

Ellie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Central Washington University and has owned and operated a successful wedding and event planning business in Chelan for nearly a decade. Since her children began preschool at Roots, she has been actively involved as a volunteer and substitute teacher, steadily deepening her connection to the school community.

Her gift for combining organization, creativity, and care allows Ellie to design meaningful early learning experiences that blend fun, discovery, and celebration. She is passionate about creating a joyful foundation for children’s educational journeys and is beloved by both students and families for the heart she brings to Roots every day.
