Amy Fricke

Head of Administration and Operations

Amy has been the Interim Head of Administration and Operations and has now accepted this as an ongoing role.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University and is a Registered Nurse. She spent some exciting years caring for patients in the ICU at Children’s Hospital in Seattle and then at the local hospital in Chelan.

Her family has been involved in Roots since the first year it opened, and Amy has held numerous volunteer and paid positions - both in the classroom and on the administrative side of the organization.

A few words from Amy:

“I have loved watching the school grow over the years. Spending time with my kids and their friends is important to me. I also have a passion for organization and systems - to ensure the school has a solid foundation and is sustainable for generations to come. I am grateful for the educational experiences my children have had at Roots, and I’m excited for the future of this school! ”
