Is your child entering kindergarten this fall? Are you curious about Roots Community School and looking for a gentle way to help your child feel more confident and excited for their first days of school?
Kindergarten Boot Camp at Roots Community School is a fun and nurturing 3-day camp designed to help children ease into the kindergarten experience through hands-on learning, movement, stories, creativity, play, and connection.
Led by Roots Kindergarten Teacher Ms. Leanne, who brings more than 20 years of early childhood experience, this camp provides a warm and supportive environment where children can:
- Practice classroom routines
- Build confidence and independence
- Make new friends
- Explore hands-on activities
- Become more comfortable with the kindergarten experience
Children do not need to be enrolled at Roots Community School for the upcoming school year in order to attend.
At Roots Community School, we believe learning should be joyful, engaging, and individualized. Our program features small class sizes, project-based thematic learning, income-based tuition, and a caring environment where children are truly known and valued.
