The application process at Roots is tailored to ensure a healthy relationship will develop between student, parent and classroom and is a good fit for everyone involved. One of the first requirements for the applicant involves a classroom visit for half a day.  The purpose of this visit is for you and your child to get a feel for the Roots’ environment. You are welcome to come with your child, but it’s not required.  Next we require an interview between parent and director. This discussion provides an opportunity for both parties to get to know one another and to ask questions.  An application can be picked up at this time, downloaded from the website or mailed to you.  Once the application along with the $80 non-refundable application fee are submitted and the classroom visit and parent/teacher meeting have taken place, the school will let you know if your child is ready for enrollment.  A $500 non-refundable deposit will hold your child’s place at Roots.  This fee goes towards the 1st-6th grade tuition rate of $6000. Tuition can be paid in full at any time or in 11 monthly installments starting August 1.
